Yoga for beginners? Im 13 and need help! Ten points?
I know i am only 13 but i want to start yoga, because being a teen is stressful for me.
Can you either give a good site for yoga at homewith exercise tips!
Or can you type the name of the yoga move and the description on how you do it!
Also am i supposed to go in a quiet space? Outside? Indoors? In noisy place but block out the noise? Are other people supposed to be in there not doing yoga?
I need help! Soon! Best answer i promise 10 points and i will also tell everyone how good you are!
Try to contact your local “Y” they have things for your age group, or look up local gyms that will teach yoga.
There are videos out there from MTV to teach Yoga, but you need a beginner tape so that you don’t hurt yourself.
Before you do yoga you need to mediate to shut out the noises that are bothering you, and have your “time out” moment.
If you have room in your bedroom you can do it there, if not try to find a room in the house that you won’t be bothered. You should do yoga alone, unless that person with you is willing to do it with you.
What I do so far is just breathing exercise, I sit on the floor or lay on the bed, and just relax, and often when I do that I am taking a little nap.
