Mat Workout
what thickness exercise mat is best to use with the px90, specifically the ab workouts?
i see different thickness’ and don’t know which one is best for ab workouts. there are 3mm, 5mm, 3/8, 5/8 thickness, etc. what is the best thickness to buy? also where is a good place to buy them cheaper?
Well that depends on your size, heavier set people would want a thicker mat.
Also pay attention to the width if you are a wider person then you want a mat to accommodate that as well.
As for where to phurchase one, i would suggest checking out any sports store such as Big 5, Sports Authority, ect. I see mats on sale almost every week in most of the ads. Although i did buy mine at Walmart for about 15 bucks and it does the job.
