where can i buy affordable & quality gym equipment in manila?
i am planning to have my own gym at home. but i do not know where i can buy these gym equipment in manila. ofcourse it must be a good quality & affordable since i am just starting. salamat po.
Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Include uncooked vegetables and fresh fruits in ur meals. No food/drink other than water in between. Chew each morsel at least 32 times and u will notice that u get intuition to stop eating as soon as u have had enough.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable period. Do not panic to loose it fast. No idea about the gym.
